We will internally implement a quantitative image analysis pipeline, customized for your experiment, that is robust and validated for your application. Repeatability and reliability are ensured by creating an integrated automated end-to-end process for data upload, QC, and analysis. Reporting will be delivered with graphs. Our expertise :

1/ Discuss with you
Your project is unique, and that’s why we take the time to define your specific needs and objectives. Our goal is to measure and quantify the parameters that are most important to you. At the end of our discussion, we’ll write up and propose a statement of conclusions setting out your analysis objectives.
2/ Once you have accepted, we will ask you to send us your images.
Our servers use state-of-the-art security protocols, to ensure the privacy and security of client data.
3/ Image analysis.(we’ll show you an example of rendering before processing the stream)
We use a range of cutting-edge image analysis tools. We process multi-gigabyte nD image sets, such as high content imaging data, confocal stacks, and whole slide images.

For example, we can provide courses over 3, 4 or 5 days, or in a 3+2 day format (2 days a month later).
We use to trian our customers with open source solutions so that, you can access the full functionality of the applications and have access to the native code.
At the end of these courses, you’ll be able to modify, optimize or write a batch processing program for scientific images.
